Delivery
All goods will be dispatched as swiftly as possible, and we aim to effect delivery the next working day where orders are received before 2.00pm. However, if an item is out of stock this may take a while longer, and we will notify you by e-mail if we are unable to dispatch any item within 14 days. We will also, of course, contact you as soon as possible in the event any item is unavailable.

Delivery Charges
UK delivery: Retail orders over £20.00 FREE. Retail orders below £20.00 incur a £2.50 delivery charge. Trade orders over £99.00 FREE. Trade orders below £99.00 incur a £5.88 delivery charge.

Below the minimum order amount delivery charges may apply.

Northern Ireland, Abroad, Timed delivery's including Saturdays will be advised and charged as extra.

Delivery Address
We offer a professional delivery service. To achieve our greatest efficiency we require full and concise addressing details. It is most important for every order to contain the formal name of the recipient with title, plus the fullest, normal address details. THE MOST IMPORTANT DETAIL IS THE ADDRESS POSTCODE. We will also require a telephone number for the recipient.
