The nutrients in this protein are amazing, the Omega's and Fibre are really interesting as usually SO hard to get Fibre into a low carb diet!! 7g per shake is almost half your RDA!!! Omega and fibre are essential to fat loss and with the protein kick in this shake at the low cost of a gram of sugar - its brilliant for fat loss! tastes great too!
